Meatball pin bulb

Being unemployed is hard, especially when it's married.But need not confused, this is a solution, start a new business that is not no death, selling snacks around so you know! Here I have a recipe that has been mypractical own, complete with tips, secret key for maximum results. Try dech! Ingredients: 1.5 kg of beef muscle meat (not that there was so chewy fat)
            
3 kg of starch / sago
            
1 kg wheat flour / wheat
            
1 kg flour aren
            
2 eggs Seasonings: 1 ounce salt
            
2 ounces garlic, peeled and mashed
            
1 ounce red onion fried ..
            
1 oz Ajinomoto
            
6 Masako cow wrap @ 13gr
            
1 teaspoon soda developer
            
1 tsp pepper powder
            
1 / 2 teaspoon bleach food
            
2 packs of flour kofta meatballs Seasonings presentation:
            
4 pack of size sauce 600gr
            
2 packets of soy sauce 600gr size Seasonings for the sauce:
            
1 ounce garlic, peeled and mashed
            
1 ounce red onion, peeled and mashed
            
1 / 2 ounce hazelnut puree
            
1 tsp pepper powder
            
1 ounce of leaves of leeks
            
1 / 2 ounces shrimp, puree
            
4 tablespoons salt
            
1 / 2 oz Ajinomoto How to make meatballs:
  
We can grind or make your own in the home. if you make your own way:
  
Meat paste, mix with egg and spices fill the bucket / big basin. Add water a little bit, mix the flour little by little, stirring constantly. Give dough skilful / thick for easy printing.
  
To cook, prepare 1 / 2 pot bear (medium size) of water, boil. Then enter the meatball mixture to make round with rounded (using hands) in boiling water, until the pot full of meatballs that float, do not enter the batter all (once made). FRIED CHICKEN spectacular

Fried Chicken dishes are always a favorite Indonesian family. Fried chicken is preferred because it is tasty and delicious, can be eaten with other dishes as well as be used as a snack together while relaxing. Well, here we see a recipe that obtained from the Internet. While the holidays, could be material for a kitchen experiment. Who would want to come?

Material:


    1. 500 g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
    2. cooking oil

Marinade, mix well:

    1. 3 cloves garlic, grated
    2. 3 eggs, onion, grated
    3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    4. ½ tsp pepper powder
    5. 1 teaspoon salt

Flour Seasonings, mix well:

    1. 100 g wheat flour
    2. 50 g rice flour
    3. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    4. 1 tsp black pepper powder
    5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    6. ½ teaspoon salt

Method:


    1. Stir the chicken pieces with marinade until blended. Let stand for 1 hour for flavor to infuse.
    2. Roll the marinated chicken pieces into flour mixture until blended spices.
    3. Fried in oil much over medium heat until golden brown and dry.
    4. Remove and drain. Serve warm.

Serve it to family or friends (4 people)
