1 / 2 ounces shrimp, puree

We can grind or make your own in the home. if you make your own way:
Meat paste, mix with egg and spices fill the bucket / big basin. Add water a little bit, mix the flour little by little, stirring constantly. Give dough skilful / thick for easy printing.
To cook, prepare 1 / 2 pot bear (medium size) of water, boil. Then enter the meatball mixture to make round with rounded (using hands) in boiling water, until the pot full of meatballs that float, do not enter the batter all (once made). Close the pot for a while, let the meatballs a little mature but not until meatballs rupture (burst shapes). Then lift and leak through.Disposition meatballs in a winnowing tray / tray wide, fan until coarse. Then proceed to make meatballs with dough and cooking water earlier. How to flavor the sauce:
